When logging in online ( ), membership number will be displayed under 'manage your details'. Once signed in by clicking on 'Your Cruises', guests will see a list of P&O Cruises taken, their points total and tier level. Guests are able to check their loyalty level by logging into ' My Account' where they can regularly check on their points or total nights spent on board.
Points are awarded at 10 per night spent on board and are allocated on completion of each cruise when points are updated. Membership of the Peninsular Club is automatically granted once guests have accumulated the entry requirement of 150 points. The loyalty scheme for P&O Cruises is the P&O Cruises Peninsular Club.
